Market Day is Coming to LVMS order by July 30 at 11 pm!

Exciting news! Market Day is coming to LVMS! Market Day is a win win for everyone. Wonderful products, easy pick up and the PTA earns money!
Go to www.marketday.com and check out the products available.Orders must be placed by July 30 at 11 pm. Paper order forms are available in the LVMS office.
The Summer Sale is August 5 from 1 to 2 pm at Long Valley Middle School. This sale is sponsored by OFRS PTA. This is a great chance for everyone to try out the Market Day products and format at LVMS. In September the LVMS PTA will be sponsoring the Market Day program at LVMS.
We will order extra products and they will be for sale at the pick up on August 5 . All information is on the sale flyers, and THANK YOU for your continued support of our PTA!!!

Summer Read A Thon Under Way

This year we need your help in a unique way. Due to the schoools going paperless we need your assistance, to help us get out the word about this great program to your friends and neighbors.
Forms are due back right away they can be found by going to the Long Valley Area Junior Women's Club Website or click here for forms
Also check out the Washington Public Library for Teen Summer Reading Children's Summer Reading Program including Petting Zoo on June 23 at 11 am

Decorating Committee to Meet Wed, May 19 at 7 pm

The PTA's final activity of the year is the 8th Grade Promotion Celebration (dance) on June 11. All 8th grade students will be receiving their invitations soon. There are spots available to help with food and decorating, so please get involved and help out. You don't have to be a parent of a graduating 8th grader - 6th and 7th grade parents are welcome to join in the preparations!

Inviting all 8th Grade Parents!! Preparations are well underway for the annual 8th grade Promotion Celebration--a wonderful event given for the up and coming 9th graders by their parents. We will be meeting in the LVMS North gym at 7 p.m. --Wednesday, May 19th--to work on decorations and finalize details! Please join us. Many hands make light work. There are lots of small jobs to get done and we look forward to seeing you at this fun evening!!
